Ted Guild Named Head of Systems
W3C has named Ted Guild to Head of W3C Systems. Previously led by Alan Kotok, the Systems Team is responsible for the operation of W3C servers worldwide, development and deployment of software tools, and support for standards development, content development, collaboration, communication and archiving.
